Thank you so much for the support over the past year and for kicking off this year with such a bang!! What a start to 2016! We have some great events coming up and are looking forward to seeing you all on the Murray living it up!
Australia Day Weekends are the best and the biggest of the year at Caudo Vineyard. Sun + river + mates + sangria = good times. We are kicking the day off with live entertainment from Saturday 23rd with Scott Harrow and his Aussie dig sounds. Boats will be packing the riverbank on the 23rd with the Straya day cruise on the way up too. Local band “McKenzie” will be then playing on Aus Day. Our regular favourite, Pete will be firing up the wood fired oven on Aust day to pump out his amazing pizzas all afternoon. An Aussie sausage sizzle will also be on the go during the day.
We will be open Monday the 25th 10.30- 5pm. Please note wine tasting will be unavailable this weekend due to busy service.

We have managed to secure him to play on the 27th of February! Round up the family and friends and get down to the Cellar Door for this one. It is not to be missed. The music synergy to the environment couldn’t be better.
That cool change is here finally. A chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday morning with a mostly sunny afternoon. Temperatures will reach mid to high twenties on Friday with sunny blue skies. The weekend will warm up with temperatures reaching the thirties.
UV levels are extreme so be sun smart over the next few days.
So much has happened in the New Year already. New Years Day we officially opened the Cellar Door’s brand new toilet block. Yes, it is a little walk uphill, but the view is worth it and you can now enjoy modern, brand new loos. Never again will you need to pump the portaloo handle to flush. They are also fitted with the best appliances and facilities. We think it deserves a ‘thumbs up’.
We are also very excited to announce that we can now sell bags of ice! *Fist pump* Hoorah! We recently got our hands on some extra storage space to hold bags of ice for sale. The response from customers has been phenomenal with over 90kg of ice leaving the freezer within the first week.
Local favourite, Trick, will be playing at the Cellar Door this Saturday to entertain you while you eat, drink and relax. Request a song -he would be more than happy to play it for you.
Sangria on the Beach is a fresh and fruity cocktail blended with our Sangria The Red. Tropical flavours of pineapple, cranberry and peach takes our butterscotch flavoured Sangria to a whole new level. Have fun with this one. It needs a good shake to combine all the flavours well. Enjoy with friends at the water’s edge.
Waikerie’s Australia Day Extravaganza
23rd January. Adults $5 Children $2.
Enjoy an awesome fireworks display, food vendors and drinks. Featuring entertainment by Russell Morris and band plus The Barking Ants.starts 6pm and runs till late at the Waikerie Football Oval.
Berri Hotel Speedboat Spectacular
23rd and 24th January starting at 10am.
Australia VS USA competing for the World Cup! Soak up the thrilling action at Berri Riverfront and watch speeds in excess of 200kph. Jumping castles, amusements, food and drink stalls, trade stalls, displays, market stalls and so much more.
Riverland Gem and Mineral Show
23rd and 24th January starting at 9am.
Berri Town Hall will be filled with gold, minerals, crystals, jewellery and gemstones on display for sale. Refreshments and snacks available.
Moonlight Kayak Tour
24th and 25th January starting at 8pm. Adults $60 Children $40.
Kayak through the Murray River and enjoy the sunset fade to a spectacular moonlight through the creeks of Woolenook Wetlands. No experience required and all the gear supplied. Please book to ensure a place. www.canoetheriverland.com
Morgan and Districts Lions Australia Day Breakfast
