Sales Extraordinaire

Exciting times are happening in our Sangria world on the West side of our country! We are proud to introduce our newest staff member….. Sales Extraordinaire, Symonne!

She is an advocate for women’s wakeboarding in Perth, Western Australia. The founder of ‘Wake Sisters’, she designs and inspires women and kids ‘come and try’ days, and is a national wakeboard champion herself! Something tells us she’s our kind of person. One that will fit in just fine amongst us laid back, river loving, sangria and wine drinking folk.
She has a new and exciting adventure ahead of her….. To get every 18 + yo Western Australian citizen to fall in love with our Sangria. Surely that can’t be too hard! (Or too much to ask).

Welcome aboard Symonne! We can’t wait to see what the Sangria future holds in WA and the spice you will bring to the team! We look forward to introducing you to our beloved family of Cellar Door regulars and the team back home in South Australia soon.

What’s happening at the Cellar door this weekend?

The menu will consist of of local tasting platters, BBQ grills and the wood fired pizzas on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tuesday, for Australia Day, Pete is taking over the kitchen to cook his delicious wood fired pizzas. Extremely tasty and perfect to fill up on. We will put on a sausage sizzle also.

Crowd favourite, Scotty Harlow, is entertaining Saturday. His upbeat music is a lot of fun and his twist on old and new songs is awesome to listen to.

Local band, Mckenzie are going to strum some cracker songs on Australia Day. These fellas played at True Grit a few years back and we are keen to see them play at the Cellar Door.

Weekend Weather Forecast

Our prayers have been answered – the sun is shining on us this weekend. What a ripper weekend it is looking to be! The perfect temperature to be outdoors, celebrating everything great about Australia. An awesome steady 30 degree temperature for the weekend, right through to Wednesday next week. Represent your Australian pride in Australian flag togs, or your old footy shorts (if they still fit). A large yellow and green sombrero or a cork hat is always fun. And of course, the footwear of choice – thongs!

RoyalTea Peach

This week we are featuring our RoyalTea Peach. Black tea and fresh peaches infused with a bubbly Caudo Chardonnay wine. This RoyalTea is super delicious and perfect to drink in summer with a few ice cubes. It’s attractive golden glow only proves the fact it was made for royalty. Garnish with fresh fruit.

Try the premium RoyalTea range at the Cellar Door today.
